Territory Manager – Health Care Practitioners (GTA East)

About the role

The Territory Manager will build and maintain relationships with health‑care practitioners, primarily Naturopathic Doctors, to promote Nestlé Health Science’s Genestra and Pure Encapsulations supplement lines across the GTA East. This field‑based position involves daily face‑to‑face sales calls, occasional phone or virtual meetings, and occasional overnight travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory‑level business and customer plans, analysing data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Achieve sales targets by driving growth in existing strategic accounts and acquiring new practitioners through drop‑ins, cold calls, and networking.
• Maintain daily CRM updates to track customer actions and move the sales process forward.
• Present product solutions using deep product knowledge to meet practitioner needs.
• Participate in meetings, events, and conferences, providing follow‑up and fostering long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Nutrition, Life Science or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record.
• 2+ years of successful sales or related business experience, preferably in supplements, health care, or wellness.
• Strong relationship‑building, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and travel frequently within the territory.
