About the role

We are seeking a Tax Compliance Analyst to support our team in reviewing and interpreting U.S. tax statutes and regulations. This remote contract position offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze U.S. tax statutes, regulations, and legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Interpret complex sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Provide detailed feedback on legal language, focusing on statutory exceptions and technical accuracy.
• Summarize key provisions of U.S. tax law for analytical and training purposes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve AI models with tax law insights.
• Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of legislative changes in U.S. taxation.

Required profile

• Proficiency with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Exceptional statutory interpretation and legal analysis skills.
• Professional credential such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, or analyzing legal or tax‑related documentation.
