Specialist, Paid Social

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Paid Social Specialist to execute and optimise our digital acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Paid Media & SEO, you will focus on day‑to‑day management of Meta campaigns and help expand into TikTok, driving qualified traffic, revenue and new‑customer growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and potentially TikTok.
• Build, launch and optimise full‑funnel campaigns, including Advantage+ Shopping, conversion and video‑first strategies.
• Develop audience strategies, run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and structures.
• Monitor performance daily and optimise for ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
• Allocate media budgets to maximise scalability.
• Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising and E‑commerce teams on assets and messaging.
• Stay current with platform updates, beta opportunities and best practices.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and analyse trends.
• Support attribution analysis across Meta Ads Manager and GA4.

Required profile

• 3+ years of paid social experience, preferably in e‑commerce or DTC.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimisation and scaling.
• Experience with Meta Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns and full‑funnel strategies.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of paid‑media KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
