Specialist, Franchise Growth & Enablement

About the role

Join Mastercard's Franchise Growth & Enablement team as a Specialist, driving global onboarding and strategic initiatives across the payments ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve customer experiences, and support a wide range of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding processes and support for various products and services.
• Identify areas for process improvement and enhance customer experiences.
• Create end‑to‑end process documentation and training guides.
• Assist with creating presentations, tracking and reporting metrics and trends to management.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for platform enhancements as needed.
• Lead efforts to build operating efficiencies.

Required profile

• Energetic and driven individual at the Specialist level.
• Experience managing customer onboarding and data‑gathering initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to document processes and develop training materials.
