Site Reliability Engineer – Terraform & Backstage

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform services. The role combines deep SRE practices with infrastructure automation and developer platform enablement, using modern tools such as Terraform and Backstage.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage incident management, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortems.
• Define, monitor, and improve Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing frameworks.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and governance with Terraform and policy‑as‑code tools (OPA/Rego, Sentinel).
• Design self‑service platform capabilities, manage service catalogs, and create reusable templates and golden paths.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system stability, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Support integration and reliability considerations for GenAI‑based systems, including RAG and prompt workflows.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in SRE or reliability engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfort working in high‑pressure production environments.
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.
