Shipper – Warehouse Logistics

About the role

dormakaba is looking for a Shipper to join its Montreal warehouse team. The role involves managing the full shipping cycle, from preparing export paperwork to ensuring timely delivery of orders locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare export documentation, including shipping and customs paperwork.
• Maintain communication with freight carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and track shipments.
• Wrap and strap skids securely.
• Load merchandise using an electric jigger and forklift.
• Follow safety regulations and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes and moderate experience with shipping software.
• Familiarity with UPS and FedEx carrier procedures.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a warehouse environment.
