Senior Vice President, Operations

About the role

Stagevision, Canada’s largest Canadian‑owned audiovisual and event production company, is looking for a hands‑on Senior Vice President of Operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the operational strategy, build scalable processes, and drive performance across a fast‑growing, multi‑site business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to provide structure, discipline and insight for growth and scalability.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations across five regional hubs, ensuring consistent service delivery, safety standards and execution.
• Design and implement standardized operating procedures and a unified operating model.
• Own P&L performance for each hub, driving financial accountability.
• Establish KPI frameworks (labour utilisation, equipment utilisation, fleet efficiency, warehouse performance) and conduct regular business reviews.
• Develop a flexible labour model balancing full‑time staff and freelance technicians.
• Oversee hiring, development and performance management of operations leaders and technician workforce.
• Optimise equipment utilisation and fleet strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and enhance the ERP platform for data integrity and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading operations in a multi‑site, growth‑oriented environment.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Track record of building scalable processes and KPI‑driven performance management.
• Excellent leadership and people‑development skills.
