Senior Project Manager / Project Leader

About the role

The client is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Leader to drive enhancements for the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Modernization Program. You will oversee post‑MVP modernization workstreams, ensuring delivery across complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams, external vendors and support Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Lead integration, testing, deployment and stabilization activities, tracking deliverables and resource utilization.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, manage cross‑functional dependencies and escalate critical issues with recommendations.
• Prepare executive‑level status reports, facilitate decision‑making workshops and present updates to leadership.
• Support operational hand‑over, maintain project documentation and ensure post‑implementation readiness.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering complex digital, IT or I&IT initiatives.
• Background in large, highly governed enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage blended teams of internal staff and external vendors.
• Strong track record in risk, issue and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
