Senior Project Manager – Data & Enterprise Software

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale data and enterprise software transformation programmes for Fortune‑1000 clients. The role combines technical delivery with client engagement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver complex data and enterprise software implementation projects, managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, building trusted advisory relationships and maintaining proactive communication.
• Align technical teams with business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports and documentation following best‑practice methodologies.
• Manage escalations and critical situations, driving collaborative solutions.
• Support pre‑sales and scoping activities by contributing to solution definition and project requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise‑scale software or data platform projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to engage both technical and senior business audiences, including C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a track record of managing client expectations.
• Proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with a history of keeping multi‑workstream projects on schedule and budget.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and willing to travel to client sites as needed.
