Senior Project Manager – AI Enablement (Microsoft 365 Copilot)

About the role

Our public‑sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise AI enablement initiatives focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Chat, GitHub Copilot and Copilot Studio. You will shape adoption, governance and risk management while ensuring security, privacy and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Chat and GitHub Copilot rollouts, including onboarding, licensing, training, communications and adoption tracking.
• Coordinate enterprise readiness, technical prerequisites and user enablement plans for successful deployment.
• Oversee Copilot Studio agent delivery, managing environments, release planning, governance controls and prototype validation.
• Drive security, privacy, compliance and risk assessment activities, securing required governance approvals and documentation.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on project status, risks, dependencies, decisions and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between technology, security, compliance and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering complex technology rollouts or digital enablement initiatives in large organisations.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Chat, GitHub Copilot and preferably Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform governance, identity management, security and compliance controls.
• Experience coordinating security, privacy, risk and compliance assessments in enterprise cloud environments.
