Main Missions

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic construction projects to ensure alignment with corporate growth objectives.
• Define project scope, clear objectives, and key success indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to maintain project momentum.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, utilizing KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to Victaulic's project management standards while driving continuous process improvement.

Profile Required

• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
