About the role

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to lead the incubation and scaling of new product lines. This high‑ownership role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and execution, guiding ideas from concept through market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end incubation of new business lines, from ideation to launch and scaling.
• Embed within existing product teams to learn development processes, research methods, and prototyping workflows.
• Conduct deep market research, data analysis, and experimentation to uncover high‑potential opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured plans, product requirements, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to build, test, and iterate on new products.
• Own performance analysis and optimization of early‑stage products using data‑driven decision making.
• Build and scale dedicated teams as new verticals mature.

Required profile

• 4+ years in management consulting (preferably MBB), investment banking, or high‑growth startup environments.
• Strong analytical ability to run complex data analyses and interpret business metrics.
• Proven track record solving ambiguous, unstructured problems and delivering actionable plans.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and executives in fast‑paced settings.
• Systems‑thinking and first‑principles approach to markets and customer behavior.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating insights, strategy, and trade‑offs.
