Senior Lease Administrator

About the role

The Senior Lease Administrator will support leasing operations for a portfolio of commercial and medical office properties across the Greater Toronto Area. Reporting to the VP of Leasing, you will act as a central point of contact for tenants, internal teams, and ownership groups, ensuring smooth lease administration and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant inquiries, property tours, and lease renewal processes.
• Prepare, review, and file lease‑related documentation, including legal agreements and commission records.
• Maintain leasing calendars, reports, and dashboards to track key dates and performance metrics.
• Manage cross‑functional communication with property management, ownership, and finance teams.
• Ensure accuracy and organization of all leasing files and documentation.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly organized professional.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial lease administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with tenants and internal stakeholders.
