Senior Director, Client Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Client Services to lead and scale a high‑performing client management function in a fast‑paced organization operating in the CPG, distribution, and supply‑chain space. This strategic role will shape client strategy, strengthen relationships, and align cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Services Directors and Managers.
• Own and manage client portfolio performance, including profitability, service delivery, and growth.
• Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and execution.
• Oversee P&L performance, ensuring financial targets are met and improvement opportunities identified.
• Lead business reviews, forecasting, and financial reporting for the client services function.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Support organizational planning, hiring, and team development across the function.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive experience in client services, account management, or operations leadership.
• Proven experience managing senior leaders (Directors/Managers) and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen, including forecasting and margin management.
• Experience in CPG, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client portfolios and executive‑level relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Exposure to U.S. operations or multi‑location environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage X3.
