Senior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our Creative Team in Toronto, reporting to the Associate Creative Director. The role blends strong conceptual thinking with hands‑on execution, delivering high‑impact campaigns across static and motion channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design of Tier 1 (strategically important) campaigns, from concept to final execution across all brands and channels.
• Guide and support the creation of strategic designs for Tier 2 (tactically important) projects.
• Produce high‑quality design assets and visual systems while ensuring brand consistency.
• Mentor junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and hands‑on assistance.
• Assist in pre‑production deck creation for photography and video shoots, sourcing elements and documenting requirements.
• Collaborate on storyboarding and motion concepts, working with motion specialists as needed.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field (Registered Graphic Designer designation is a plus).
• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on experience in a creative agency or in‑house design team.
• Proven ability to develop original, insight‑driven creative ideas across multiple touchpoints.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio link required; only candidates with a portfolio will be considered.
