As a Senior Individual Contributor, you will play a pivotal role in driving competitive procurement processes for major construction and capital projects, ensuring excellence from strategic planning to contract award.

Missions principales

• Lead end-to-end competitive procurement processes (RFP, RFQ, ITQ, or single-source justification) for construction and capital projects.
• Collaborate closely with Capital Project Managers to define optimal procurement approaches.
• Draft comprehensive tender documents, including specifications, evaluation criteria, and bidder instructions.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Finance, Risk, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate evaluation meetings and prepare formal award recommendations and approval documentation.
• Manage contract governance and follow-up (approx. 40% of the role) to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Profil recherché

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in public procurement or a highly regulated environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex RFx processes from end to end.
• Strong expertise in public procurement rules, audit requirements, and defensible sourcing practices.
• Experience within the construction or infrastructure project sectors is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Legal, Finance, Risk, and Project Management).
