SAP Finance Lead – Business Architecture Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced SAP Finance Lead/Architect to join its Business & Technology Integration team. You will work with a group of problem‑solvers to translate business strategy into SAP finance solutions, driving digitisation and transformation for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client organisations, evaluate current state and define future‑state finance processes and SAP solutions.
• Lead solution strategy and project delivery as the SAP Finance Functional Lead.
• Design, customise, configure and test SAP FI/CO (FICO) components while ensuring integration with other modules.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Produce detailed documentation to support design and implementation.
• Oversee functional teams, drive solution design and end‑to‑end transformation projects.
• Utilise data‑analysis techniques to identify trends and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven leader with deep knowledge of Finance and Controlling business functions and SAP finance functionality.
• Experience delivering large‑scale SAP finance transformations (S/4HANA, Cloud, Leonardo).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
