About the role
Electrozad, a leading electrical distributor in Ontario, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead regional sales and business development. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will drive sales performance, support the outside sales team, and strengthen key client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and branch plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Set regional sales targets, forecasts, and performance objectives.
- Lead, coach, and train Outside Sales Representatives, providing ongoing development.
- Oversee territory management and support the sales team in negotiations and deal closures.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations.
- Monitor sales performance, financial results, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning with senior leadership.
- Optimize branch operations and product offerings to improve efficiency and profitability.
Required profile
- High School Diploma; College/University business diploma preferred.
- 3‑7 years experience in a distribution environment, preferably electrical.
- 3‑5 years of management experience leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
