Retail Manager – Remote Contract, $60–$80/hr

About the role

Mercor is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to work remotely on a short‑term contract. You will apply your retail supervision expertise to create and review deliverables that support AI research projects, while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deliverables that address common requests within the retail domain.
• Review and improve peer‑developed deliverables to enhance AI research outcomes.
• Work independently and asynchronously to diagnose and solve real‑world retail challenges.
• Contribute domain expertise to cutting‑edge AI initiatives while managing a 30–40 hour weekly workload.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience supervising retail sales teams.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
