About the role

Join the Aurora Homesense Smart Centre team as a Retail Associate. In this part‑time position you will create a welcoming environment for shoppers and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, assist with inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance, restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Support back‑room activities such as inventory handling and stock replenishment.
• Participate in learning and development programs to grow retail skills.
