About the role
The restaurant is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, drive profitability and ensure high service standards. You will lead a team, manage budgets and work closely with suppliers to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to maintain profitability.
- Plan, organize and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, supervise and assess staff performance.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and their implementation.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
- College/CEGEP education.
