Remote Tax Consultant (EA/CPA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Consultant to work remotely for a global financial services leader. The role involves interpreting complex U.S. federal and state tax statutes and reviewing their English translations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze U.S. tax statutes, focusing on conditions, thresholds, logic, and legal exceptions.
• Review and evaluate English translations of complex tax laws for clarity and correctness.
• Provide structured written feedback through a review UI to support regulatory compliance.
• Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, and gaps in tax documentation using logical reasoning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate tax interpretations.

Required profile

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with solid experience in U.S. tax law.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
