About the role

RecXchange is looking for independent recruiters to join its global platform and work remotely from any location. You will access live client vacancies, submit qualified candidates, and receive a placement fee for each successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Review and select active global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track submissions and ensure proper documentation for each placement.
• Collaborate with other independent recruiters when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in agency or freelance settings.
• Strong network of candidates across multiple industries.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet placement deadlines.
• Familiarity with online recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
