Regional Managing Director (Canada)

About the role

Little Caesars is seeking a Regional Managing Director to lead franchise operations across Canada. This senior executive will act as the primary strategic partner to franchisees, driving market performance, growth, and brand leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational excellence.
• Design and execute regional growth strategies that expand restaurant footprint, increase sales, and improve profitability.
• Lead budget planning, fiscal management, and annual financial reviews in partnership with the Vice President of International.
• Build and develop high‑performing teams through coaching, talent development, and collaboration with Human Resources.
• Serve as the main liaison between the Canadian region and corporate headquarters, communicating opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑unit franchise or retail operations.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, including franchise owners and corporate executives.
