Recruiting Success Manager – Remote (Head of Recruitment)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Success Manager to lead our new VA Launch program. This senior, remote position will own the end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and client success for AI‑powered virtual assistants serving real‑estate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the VA Launch initiative: source, vet (DISC + skills tests), match, and onboard virtual assistants in monthly cohorts.
• Conduct full-cycle client and candidate interviews, coach agents on hiring best practices, and ensure high‑quality placements.
• Manage client success through onboarding, retention, coaching, and replacement processes.
• Oversee internal hiring and HR systems, ensuring every internal role follows defined scopes and interview procedures.
• Shape team culture, training, events, and energy as the program scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, VA agency staff, or trainer/onboarder of virtual assistants.
• Deep understanding of DISC personality assessments and how they influence work dynamics.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence on camera.
• Fluent with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and highly organized.
• Availability to work with strong overlap to North American business hours.
