Ramp Agent (Station Attendant) – Cargo – Full-Time

About the role

Air Canada is seeking Ramp Agents (Station Attendants) for its Toronto Cargo facility. In this fast‑paced, on‑site role you will help ensure aircraft are ready for safe, secure and on‑time departures by handling baggage, freight and operating ground equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and operate aircraft servicing vehicles and ground handling equipment.
• Marshall or tow aircraft to gate positions for passenger boarding and deplaning.
• Load and unload cargo and mail to and from aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Prepare aircraft for arrival and departure, ensuring all cargo/mail is correctly processed.
• Perform additional support tasks within the airside operations as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work rotating evening and night shifts.
• Physical capability to lift up to 70 lb and work outdoors in any weather.
• Pass a medical evaluation, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Strong teamwork, punctuality and reliability.
