Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst supports Bombardier’s manufacturing operations by ensuring supplier‑related issues are identified, investigated, and resolved. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain the high standards expected in aircraft production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews and write detailed reports on supplier issues.
• Raise and track requests for supplier corrective actions.
• Conduct onsite technical investigations for internal and external customers at the manufacturing site.
• Provide daily visibility of supplier issues to the Manufacturing team.
• Document technical investigations and establish short‑term containment plans.
• Support supplier visits and coordinate actions on the manufacturing floor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing.
• Project management and change‑management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and problem‑resolution techniques.
• Functional bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, process or product auditing, and supplier interventions is an asset.
• Leadership or team‑lead experience with solid negotiation skills.
