About the role

Skyline Group is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead customer projects from order intake through delivery. The role serves as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, operations, sales, and finance, ensuring projects are executed accurately, on time, and to company standards. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to drive excellence in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project schedules from order intake to delivery, aligning with company timelines.
• Coordinate technical drawings, revisions, and approvals between engineering and customers.
• Transfer project documentation and requirements accurately to the operations team.
• Maintain detailed project records, progress reports, and shipment forecasts.
• Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve issues or conflicts.
• Lead project start‑up calls, serve as primary customer contact, and provide regular status updates.
• Execute change orders and coordinate pricing adjustments with the sales team.
• Support credit applications, process deposits, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering or a related field.
• Technical diploma (3‑year) or university degree (4‑year) in a relevant discipline.
• Ownership mentality with a solution‑focused approach under pressure.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and commitment to quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Project Management principles and tools.
• Scheduling and forecasting techniques.
• PMP or SCRUM certification (asset).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
