Project Manager – Brand Marketing (Contract)

About the role

Sephora Canada is looking for a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of mixed‑media marketing campaigns, influencer initiatives and brand launches. You will work closely with Brand Marketing and Media teams to bring bold ideas to life, shaping how customers experience beauty while delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and launch mixed‑media marketing campaigns, influencer programs and brand roll‑outs from concept through deployment.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and Media teams to ensure brand partner campaigns are executed across internal and external platforms.
• Manage digital media campaign delivery, maintaining timelines, assets and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed project folders, schedules, calendars and archives for seamless execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and internal communications to keep initiatives on track.
• Identify risks early, resolve challenges and adjust timelines as needed.
• Support influencer program planning, master schedules and documentation.
• Set up and organize planning documents and tracking tools in SharePoint.
• Continuously improve processes and streamline workflows for the Canadian market.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of project, account or program management experience in a marketing environment.
• University bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent relevant training.
• Proven ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality execution.
