Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of construction projects by coordinating site activity, documentation, schedules, permits, trade communication, quality control, safety requirements and overall project administration. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role works closely with site supervisors, consultants, sub‑trades, suppliers and clients to keep projects aligned with local and provincial building codes while embodying Caliber’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site construction activities, schedules, permits and trade communication.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress draws, change orders and related documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with the client, consultants, sub‑trades and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with OHS regulations, quality control methods and local building codes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in wood‑frame, commercial or health‑care construction.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read construction working drawings.
