Project Coordinator

About the role

Broccolini is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Toronto construction team. You will support the development and delivery of high‑quality buildings while upholding the company’s core values of caring, passion, teamwork, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects.
• Provide high‑level support during the tendering phase, liaising with subcontractors for pricing and updating trade lists.
• Coordinate and follow up on plans and shop drawings.
• Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute them promptly.
• Manage change orders and communicate updates to the construction site.
• Generate, track, and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) using construction management software.
• Support the site and Health & Safety team as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of project coordination experience in construction.
• An engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil, or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, scheduling, and HSE practices.
