Programmer Analyst – Software Development & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Programmer Analyst to join our office team. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while collaborating closely with users and technical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Write, modify, integrate and test software code.
• Maintain existing computer programs by making required modifications.
• Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, manuals and documentation on software status, operation and maintenance.
• Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements.
• Help develop logical and physical specifications.
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
• Program special‑effects software for film and video applications.
• Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Accurate, organized and accountable.
• Efficient interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication.
• Initiative and resourcefulness.
• Work must be performed onsite in an office setting.
