Program Solutions Analyst - Business Services

About the Position

Join the Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) within the Treasury Board and Finance branch, where you will play a pivotal role in modernizing provincial service delivery. As a Program Solutions Analyst, you will act as a key bridge between complex business processes and technical implementation, driving efficiency in Alberta's tax and revenue systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide high-level technical support for complex business processes across all branch portfolios.
• Support the full system and process development life-cycle, including the integration of collection and recovery systems.
• Develop and implement performance measures and integrated reporting/analytical systems.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and the optimization of information management systems.
• Lead system testing efforts by developing and executing comprehensive, high-quality test plans.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to design and coordinate effective business solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in business process analysis and technical solution coordination.
• Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in the software development life-cycle (SDLC) and system testing methodologies.
