Production Operator & Team Leader Relief

About the role

Leclerc is seeking a Production Operator and Team Leader Relief to keep production equipment running smoothly and maintain product quality. You will support safety, efficiency and continuous improvement while stepping in as team leader when required.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and promote safety standards on the shop floor.
• Perform adjustments and settings during product changeovers.
• Carry out quality tests and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation and quality teams.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support and mobilise the team in the absence of the team leader.
• Communicate daily goals, evaluate performance and conduct floor tours/audits.
• Ensure product compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Propose projects to improve performance.

Required profile

• Ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable using computerized technologies such as touchscreens.
• Capable of making quick decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• French or Spanish language skills are an asset.
