Product Operations Manager

About the role

Indigo is seeking a Product Operations Manager to oversee the profitable movement of goods throughout the product life cycle in its stores. You will lead a team that brings products from the back‑of‑house to the sales floor efficiently, while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and high margin product movement.
• Analyze sales performance and process scorecards, creating action plans to close gaps.
• Partner with visual merchandising teams to assess store layout and implement improvement plans.
• Lead changeover processes and collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Visual Manager on merchandising initiatives.
• Oversee all back‑of‑house areas, promotional set‑ups, and markdown processes.
• Advocate for the customer in all decision‑making and champion technology‑enabled solutions.
• Open and close the store, manage the sales floor, and lead the joint health and safety committee.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational teams in a retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and process metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with store leadership, visual merchandisers, and regional partners.
• Customer‑centric attitude and commitment to safety and compliance.
