Physician Relations Manager

About the role

The Physician Relations Manager for Eastern Ontario will lead the identification and initial cultivation of high‑potential physicians, groups, clinics and medical centres. You will act as the primary liaison between Dynacare and the physician community, ensuring smooth onboarding and promoting awareness of Dynacare’s testing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential physician profiles and segments based on a deep understanding of the Ontario physician landscape.
• Develop and maintain evaluation criteria to determine the highest‑potential physician groups.
• Optimize the physician base to meet targets while generating ancillary revenue from physician‑driven sources.
• Monitor physician alliances, FHTs, FHNs, FHGs, LHINs and other changes in the Ontario health services environment.
• Detect red‑flag indicators related to OHIP volumes and physician partnerships.
• Support the onboarding process to maximize physician satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key, influential physicians.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to align strategies and deliver value.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in physician relations, healthcare business development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario health services landscape, including FHTs, FHNs, FHGs and LHINs.
• Ability to travel extensively (approximately 75% of the time) and work independently.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate physician data and identify opportunities.
