Peoplesoft Administrator

About the role

The PeopleSoft Administrator will independently manage and support PeopleSoft environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability. You will work closely with onsite and offshore teams, handling both routine administration and project‑related migration activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine admin tasks such as server up/down, bounce, restart, and environment maintenance.
• Maintain Application Servers, Web Servers, and Process Scheduler servers.
• Execute PeopleTools upgrades (8.60/8.61) and PUM upgrade activities.
• Support migration activities using Phire and coordinate project deployments.
• Troubleshoot environment, middleware, and performance‑related issues.
• Administer Integration Broker configurations and interface‑related tasks.
• Monitor system health, logs, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
• Participate in incident, change, and release management processes.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in PeopleSoft administration.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for customer‑facing interactions.
• Ability to work with both onsite and offshore teams.
