Package Handler – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our fast‑paced warehouse as Package Handlers. You will work on sorting stations across Canada, ensuring parcels move efficiently from inbound trailers to outbound lines. The role is hands‑on and offers a dynamic environment where teamwork directly impacts delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Manually load freight onto conveyors and operate powered conveyors.
• Use power and manual jacks to organize shipments and feed sort lines after mandatory training.
• Sort, scan and handle parcels according to the sort plan, placing them in designated areas for delivery or linehaul teams.
• Stage sorted freight in load‑out zones and validate scans to reduce mis‑sorts.
• Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping and safety inspections.
• Lift items up to 50 lb (23 kg) and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedules, including at least two weekdays and one weekend day.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Availability for a minimum of three days per week.
