About the role
Sephora is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee all operational aspects of its West Edmonton store. You will manage the Operations team, ensure smooth daily processes, and act as the Manager on Duty when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the store’s operations team, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee inventory processes such as shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and returns.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and coordinate cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets, testers, and samples to meet store needs.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar retail operations role.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong time‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
