Missions principales

• Direct the development and execution of a comprehensive facilities management program for all operations, maintenance, and equipment within the Victoria Regional Transit System (VRTS).
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as corrective repairs to ensure infrastructure reliability.
• Manage contractor performance, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with organizational requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Manage budgeting, capital renewal initiatives, and support environmental sustainability goals.
• Supervise both leased and owned assets, ensuring optimal facility performance.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management or a closely related field.
• Deep technical understanding of building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, and track personnel, contractors, consultants, and complex expenditures.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and infrastructure maintenance.
