Manager, Enterprise Intercompany Agreements and Services - Assurance and Monitoring

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead Assurance and Monitoring activities for its Enterprise Intercompany Agreements & Service Governance (EISG) program. The role ensures that intercompany services are governed, compliant, and perform to regulatory standards across the global enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Execute maturity assessments using the EISG methodology, evaluating governance, ICA and service lifecycle controls, service performance, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform structured, risk‑based evaluations of intercompany services through walkthroughs, evidence reviews, and validation activities, synthesising results into clear, supportable conclusions.
• Support the development of maturity ratings backed by high‑quality evidence, providing actionable insights and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare concise reporting outputs, including draft scorecards, observations, and supporting materials for executive‑level reporting.
• Contribute to the consistency and repeatability of the assurance model across the enterprise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in assurance, governance, or risk‑based evaluation of intercompany services.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess controls, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience preparing executive‑level reports and scorecards.
