Sia is seeking a Management Consultant/Business Analyst to join its Western Canada team in Calgary. The role supports clients through business, technology, and AI‑enabled transformation, helping translate complex needs into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver clear recommendations.
• Partner with clients to understand objectives, current‑state challenges, and transformation goals.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate processes, and align stakeholders.
• Assess current‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution design.
• Contribute to the delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and technical teams.

Required profile

• Strong consulting background with hands‑on experience in business analysis.
• Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to partner with both business and technical teams.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI and agentic AI.
