LPG Installation & Maintenance Technician

About the role

As an LPG Installation & Maintenance Technician you will install, maintain and repair Flogas LPG vessels at customer premises across the UK. The role includes routine maintenance, emergency call‑outs and on‑call standby covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance at customer sites and Flogas facilities.
• Install LPG vessels, pipework and auxiliary equipment on‑site.
• Perform 10‑year and enhanced 20‑year testing on LPG tanks.
• Respond to fault and leak reports during normal hours and on an on‑call rota.
• Execute tank exchanges, on‑site re‑valving and liquid transfers.
• Conduct vehicle stock counts.

Required profile

• Current UK driving licence for light vehicles up to 3.5 tonne.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime when required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full ACS certification.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of the LGUK Code of Practices.
