About the role
Greystar is seeking a Lease Up Community Manager for its Vancouver property. The role oversees daily operations, drives leasing performance, and ensures compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, lease renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
- Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Promote resident satisfaction and address resident concerns.
Required profile
- Experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
- Ability to lead a team and manage vendor relationships.
