Lead Recruiter, Go-To-Market

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for our Go‑to‑Market and Business Operations teams in a fast‑scaling SaaS environment. You will act as both talent advisor and execution leader, shaping hiring strategy while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for sales, marketing, customer experience and operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Mentor and manage recruiters and sourcing partners, driving performance and development.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate journey.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and competitive hiring activity.
• Use data, structured assessments and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools and processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, primarily in GTM and business operations hiring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume, high‑quality requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing and operational roles and how to assess talent in these functions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data‑driven insights.
• Demonstrated mentorship or coaching of other recruiters.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
