Lead Generation and Marketing Associate

About the role

This entry‑to‑junior position supports international clients by executing sales and marketing operations remotely. You will help grow the prospect pipeline through research, outreach, and campaign management while gaining hands‑on experience with CRM and email marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify new leads using online platforms and industry databases.
• Support planning, execution, tracking and optimisation of email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems.
• Conduct outreach via email, social media and other channels to nurture prospects.
• Assist in moving leads through the sales funnel with timely follow‑ups.
• Perform market and competitor research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Enter and organise data in spreadsheets, CRM tools and reporting systems with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in lead generation, marketing support, sales support or data entry.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and comfort with repetitive tasks.
• Analytical mindset with basic ability to interpret marketing data.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a flexible remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
• Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or Klaviyo.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
