Inventory Coordinator – Mining Operations

About the role

As an Inventory Coordinator at Mine Raglan, you will join a collaborative team that values work‑life balance and employee recognition. Reporting to the Superintendent of Maintenance, Logistics, and Port Operations, you will lead the strategic management of inventory for the Raglan mining site.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve inventory management processes, balancing customer demand, storage capacity, transportation methods, and cost.
• Lead projects aimed at inventory optimization and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory dashboards to provide real‑time visibility.
• Supervise inventory analysts and the data catalog technician.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, logistics management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP, Coupa, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French.
