About the role
We are looking for a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team in Edmonton. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, applying spray and blown insulation to improve energy efficiency. The role involves physical work on site, often on the road, with flexible shift options.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and cut insulating materials to required shapes using hand and power tools.
- Apply and secure insulation by spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping.
- Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs.
- Install vapour barriers and fire‑retardant materials.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in insulation installation.
- Physically demanding work: heavy loads, standing for long periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, shifts, weekends and overtime.
Required skills
- Measuring and cutting insulation accurately.
- Operating spray and blow equipment.
- Installing vapour barriers and fire‑retardant materials.
- Using hand and power tools safely.
