About the role

Lacroix Médecine Privée is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Nurse (IPSPL) to provide comprehensive primary‑care services across its network of clinics in Quebec. The professional will evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, prescribe treatments, and contribute to interdisciplinary care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complete health assessments, including anamnesis and physical examination.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe laboratory tests, imaging, medications and adjust therapies based on results.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD and mental health issues.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, foreign‑body removal, minor drainage) and administer vaccinations.
• Collaborate with family physicians, other IPS, nurses, social workers, pharmacists and allied professionals.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews and continuous‑quality improvement activities.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, lifestyle changes and preventive health.
• Document all interventions accurately and adhere to professional and legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Master’s degree in nursing with specialization in primary‑line IPS.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning abilities.
• Proficiency with first‑line care protocols and safe prescribing practices.
• Excellent communication, patient‑centered approach and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
