Industry X Teamcenter Functional Architect Manager

About the role

Accenture’s Industry X team is looking for a senior functional architect to lead Teamcenter‑based PLM and MES solutions across multiple manufacturing and engineering domains. You will help clients modernise product development, manufacturing and service value chains by designing and delivering digital operations architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end projects in product engineering and digital manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Accenture teams and client stakeholders to capture requirements, create specifications and deploy solutions.
• Develop road‑maps and future‑state architectures, leading workshops and functional teams.
• Coach implementation teams and act as the PLM/MES subject‑matter expert.
• Design and configure Teamcenter applications to meet business processes.
• Review functional specifications, conduct code walk‑throughs and ensure solution quality.
• Advocate best practices in Product Lifecycle Management and manufacturing.
• Create test plans and oversee validation activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in PLM and MES environments, preferably with Teamcenter.
• Proven ability to lead functional design, architecture and large‑scale implementations.
• Strong project‑management skills and experience conducting client workshops.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
